LOTTERY AND PANEL ARCHIVE

Since its founding in 2007, MASS has developed unique expertise and become a world-leading convener of long-form deliberative processes for government.

As of 2020, our Reference Panels and Citizens’ Assemblies have provided Canadian governments with more than 30,000 hours of public deliberation by more than 1400 volunteer participants. To date, approximately 400,000 Canadian households — 1 in 36 — have received an invitation to volunteer to serve in a deliberative process.
